Here are some of the most common questions we get regarding house moves. If you have any others, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
What information should I know before getting in touch?
Ideally, you should have a list of items, in particular any heavy or delicate items such as photocopiers or other expensive equipment. We’ll also need to know where you’re moving from and too, and when would be the best time to move. But don’t worry if you can’t get all these details to hand. When we conduct our survey, we’ll be able to discuss the finer details with you.
How do you make sure there will be little downtime?
As we are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week, we have the flexibility to move your business either overnight or at the weekends. Our movers are fast and efficient, and through perfect planning, we can get you up and running within hours.
My company handles sensitive information and expensive equipment, will it be secure during our move?
Yes, our vans are regularly maintained with security one of our main concern. Our staff members are CRB checked, and if we need to store your belongings overnight, they will be held in a secure location. We never leave a van unattended.
Can I get a quote if I don’t have a confirmed date?
Yes, we’re happy to give you a quote if you don’t know exactly when you’re moving. We’re able to lend our expertise and advise you on the best time to move depending on your circumstances.
